Throwdown ETC Renegade Boot Camp w/ Cheryl Wong

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Renegade Boot Camps!  I just can’t get enough of them.  I also think it’s great, because I’m in this competition at the gym to see who can lose the most body fat.  Not sure how it will turn out, but these boot camps are great for keeping you on track!

OK - the right way to finish off the week - Renegade boot camp!  It’s such a good feeling to get through these boot camps, and really push yourself to the limits!
